PRIORITY AND SAME DAY BOOKING POLICY
Beauty Batlles Lounge offers Priority and Same Day Appointments when availability allows.A Priority Booking Fee may apply in the following situations:• Same day appointment requests
• Immediate or urgent service requests
• Requests requiring schedule adjustments or accommodation outside normal booking flow
• Correction or rescue services from another providerPriority Booking Fee ranges from $25 to $100 depending on urgency and service type.This fee reflects the dedicated time, schedule adjustments, and expertise required to accommodate urgent requests.
Cancelation and No-Show Policy48-hour cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to Beauty Batlles Lounge. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 48 -hour notice. This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ you will be charged a cancellation fee at our discretion. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
A debit or credit card will be collected for any appointment.
• Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% off your service.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% of the service amount.
*If “No Show” for complementary you will be charged 50% of that service’s original fee.
• Clients who are 10 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment will be charged an additional $25 for their service.
• You may transfer your appointment to someone else.
*All payments are non-refundable.
*All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*All fees listed above are in addition to your non-refundable deposit.
*Your Credit Card/Debit Card will be stored as part of your customer profile
***Prepaid Service Cancelation, all prepaid services are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you no longer wish to continue with your original prepaid treatment, we will be more than happy to give you equal trade with other treatments.
***Membership Cancelation and No-Show Policy

• You may transfer your service to someone else.

As a courtesy, we do text and email to confirm the date and time at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure.
Late/Tardy Policy
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 5 minute grace period. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late. rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day!
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, It will be up to management discretion if a charge will be applied.
Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow us to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies. See you soon!
